Joel received his Real Estate license in 1976 and was an Assistant Manager with Walker & Lee Realty. In 1980, Joel obtained his Brokers’ license and was Branch Manager for Strout Realty. He opened his own office MJC Realty in Orange, California in 1982.
Joel graduated from Chapman University and got his RECI (Real Estate Certificate Institute) in 1980 from Santa Ana College. Joel obtained his GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) in 1982 and his CREC (Certified Real Estate Consultant) from the American College in 1984. In 1992, Joel became a Master Instructor for the California Association of Realtors. And, in 1994, Joel qualified for his DREI (Designated Real Estate Instructor) from the National Association.
Joel has maintained his involvement with the Real Estate industry as a member for the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the National Association of Real Estate Educators - is a past President of the California Association of Real Estate Educators and the Realty Investment Association of California (RIAOC).

Marcia Stamberger is a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Newport Beach, CA with over 25 years experience. Seasoned experience, intuition, seeking solutions, and sharp negotiating skills result in positive results for her clients.
Prior to her current position,, Marcia was a Broker Associate with Metro Realty Group, the Broker/Owner of Properties Plus, and served as Junior Partner with VLogics Investments, a registered acquisitions company working with distressed commercial assets. Marcia also served as Acquisition Manager for Commercial Training Institute. Earlier, in her career, with Spectrum Resources, she served as a Relocation Specialist in Beverly Hills, CA, assisting domestic and international transferees for Fortune 500 Companies...including Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc., Goldman Sachs, Toyota USA, Alcoa Corporation, Fox Studios, and Nissan USA.
Marcia takes great pride in working with her team to serve her clients and assumes a hands-on advisory role.
